Business Analyst / Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Business Development professional with a strong background in project management and experience in using JIRA. As a BA/BD, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and proficient knowledge of JIRA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Development professional, or in a similar project management role.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or client relationship management.
• Familiarity with other project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of software development processes and software development life cycle (SDLC).
