Business Analyst cum Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a highly efficient and self-driven Business Analyst cum Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly handle both business analysis and project execution responsibilities. While experience is valued, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and end-to-end project ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst:

• Understand, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Work closely with clients, development teams, and QA to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present clear reports, diagrams, and business cases.

As a Project Manager:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage internal and external communications.
• Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues swiftly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quality delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Hands-on experience in tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
• Technical knowledge to bridge communication between developers and business teams.
