Role Overview: Wiseen Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Equities and Derivatives, and hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), especially Fidessa ASP. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across trading, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions in the Portfolio Solutions space.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements through discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• Perform gap analysis and define workflows for trade processing, clearing, and regulatory reporting.
  
  

• Collaborate with global teams including trading desks, operations, compliance, and risk.
  
  

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with development & QA teams to deliver solutions.
  
  

• Coordinate project deliverables across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery.
  
  

• Participate in UAT, testing planning, and support go-live activities.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.
  
  

• Strong understanding of Equity and Derivative products.
  
  

• Experience with OMS platforms – Fidessa ASP experience is mandatory.
  
  

• Familiarity with other asset classes such as Fixed Income, Futures, and Options is preferred.
  
  

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  
  

• Exposure to front-office, middle-office, and back-office workflows.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.
  
  

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
