Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements or new functionality in the Ingenium system.
• Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and user training.
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user manuals.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Ingenium policy administration system.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance and annuity products.
• Experience in preparing business and functional documentation.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to policy migration, Pathfinder, or system modernization projects.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
