Orgzit is a SaaS software product business. We help Small & Mid-sized businesses implement systems in their sales, operations, and accounts functions with CRM & workflow automation software solutions.
Our unique value proposition is our no-code technology advantage, which enables us to offer customized business software solutions that are easiest to use and implemented in the fastest time.
Orgzit was founded in 2016 by Pavan Verma and Nitin Verma to solve the problems of SMBs they experienced firsthand in their family and friend businesses. Over the last 9+ years, we have served over 100 businesses. Our customers rely on our product daily to automate their sales and operational processes and grow their businesses.
We are a member of two accelerators – Upekkha, the #1 accelerator for SaaS businesses in India, and Nasscom Startups. We are a profitable business and are investing in growing 100% every year for the next five years.

Who are We Looking For
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to help us improve the product and work with customers to deliver business solutions using our product.
The suitable individual will be responsible for driving our product development and work with customers to implement custom business solutions built on the Orgzit product.
Key Responsibilities
PRODUCT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Maintain product backlog and prioritize issues based on customer value and product roadmap
- Create quarterly and monthly product plans
- Develop product functional specifications
- Create wireframes and designs for product features
- Generate product ideas by researching other applications
- Create What's New articles for new features
- Create product support articles to help customers use features effectively
- Monitor product usage via analytics tools and get insights
CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT
- Meet with customers to understand their workflow, objectives, and software requirements
- Document customer’s business workflow, business objectives, and software requirements
- Propose effective solutions to customer’s objectives and problems
- Review customer applications developed by developers
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of customer applications
- Conduct application demos and training for customers via live sessions or recorded video
- Review customer tickets with developers regularly
- Respond to customer queries and tickets by email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Monitor customer North Star metrics
- Monitor and Nudge product adoption for pilots and new customers
- Setup & conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with customers
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure their needs are being met and gather feedback
Skills Required
- Ability to meet withCustomers, discover their business needs, and advocate for them throughout the product development process.

- Ability to conduct demo & training presentations
Work Location
- This position is a work-from-office role.
- Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)
Work Days and Timings
- Days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
- Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Compensation
- For 0-1 years of experience: 6 months internship at Rs. 25,000 per month followed by a full-time position at CTC of Rs. 5,40,000 per annum.
- One-Time Relocation Stipend: You will receive a one-time relocation stipend of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to assist with your initial moving expenses. This amount is intended to help cover basic relocation costs and will be disbursed upon joining.

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
