• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking
• Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira
• .Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively
• .Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication
• .Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes
• .Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams
• .Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed
