Business Analyst – HRMS / Payroll Product (2–4 Years)- Location: Chennai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with HR, payroll, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Document functional workflows and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and QA teams for successful execution.
- Perform UAT for payroll cycles, attendance modules, leave management, and other HRMS workflows.
- Assist in product training, demos, and implementation support.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot HRMS/payroll-related issues, and ensure timely closure.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HRMS or Payroll software (must-have).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and HR workflows.
- Ability to create workflow diagrams, process maps, and feature documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work from our Chennai office (On-site).
- Knowledge of workforce management systems.
- Experience working in SaaS-based HR tech companies.
