We are seeking a business analyst for our Last mile IHS and Flex team. Title: Business Analyst - IHS & Flex Location: Bangalore Essential Functions The person will be responsible for managing charters under the IHS and Flex program. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes. The job requires a person who is good in SQL & excel, has good analytical skills to analyze data and check for scope to keep raising the bar. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills.
