Business Analyst (Immediate Joiner)

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring that business goals are met.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize business outcomes.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and align with business needs.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, challenges, and solutions to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed.
• Problem Solving: Address any business issues or challenges that arise, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver swift and effective resolutions.
• User Stories: Develop user stories to support agile development processes, ensuring they accurately reflect business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management software(JIRA).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise software solutions and business process improvements.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT sector.
• Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with writing user stories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹241,316.77 - ₹1,026,512.67 per year
