Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand processes and objectives
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams
• Support UAT, requirement validation, and change management
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights
