Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance domain (life, health, P&C). You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, process improvements, and digital solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare BRD & FSD
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Drive UAT, change requests, and SDLC activities
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements using Agile/Waterfall
• Perform data analysis, customer journey mapping, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products & regulations
• Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, Visio; understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Life Asia, Premia, InsureMO, TCS BaNCS, Symbiosys, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Finance
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred
• Fluent in English and Swahili

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
