About Company: Snapmint is on a mission of democratizing no/low-cost instalment purchases for next 200 Mn Indians. Of the 300 million credit eligible consumers in India, less than 30 Mn actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200 Mn consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in instalments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 2000 crores worth of purchases. Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay.
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical business analyst intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates from Tier 1 institutes (IITs, IIMs, ISI, etc.) who are strong in quantitative reasoning and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business problems using data-driven insights and present actionable recommendations.
- Work with large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver ad hoc analyses.
- Support in preparing presentations and documentation based on findings.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree from a Tier 1 institute (IITs, IIMs, ISI, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and logical reasoning skills (LRDI).
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics tool/language: Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
