Business Analyst Intern

Overview

• Requirements Gathering: Conducting interviews and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and document them. Process Analysis: Examining existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, often using tools like flowcharts. Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Solution Design: Developing and proposing technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives, considering various factors like cost, feasibility, and impact. Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions for reference and communication. Communication: Communicating findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences. Testing and Implementation: Supporting the testing and implementation of new systems and processes. Collaboration: Working closely with IT, other business units, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are successful. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for ongoing process optimization and contributing to improvements.
