Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. As an intern, you will work closely with the Product and Development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the delivery of innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support in creating use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and client discussions.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or academic project experience in business analysis or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
