Job Title: Business Analyst (Fresher)

Location: Amaravati

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting data gathering, performing in-depth data analysis, and working with cross-functional departments including Sales and Production. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of key reporting metrics such as KRA, KPR, and MRM, and a keen interest in business process improvement, dashboard development, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis:

Gather, validate, and interpret data from various departments (Sales, Production, etc.) to support business decisions.

• Scorecard & Dashboard Automation:

Assist in creating and automating business scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Advance Excel, Google Sheets, looker.

• KRA, KPR, and MRM Metrics Understanding:

Work with stakeholders to understand and track Key Risk Metrics (KRA), Key Performance Metrics (KPR), and Monthly Review Metrics (MRM).

• Client Coordination:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect requirements, share insights, and ensure alignment on deliverables.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present clear, concise reports and documentation for internal and client-facing use.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments to gather insights and improve process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree, and Business Administration, related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business metrics and reporting standards (KRA, KPR, MRM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with dashboard tools like Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or data handling

Knowledge of basic data visualization concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
