Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and support solution design.
• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of new systems and processes.
• Assist in quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for interpreting complex data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant analytical tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and IT systems.
