About The Role
We are seeking a Process Requirements , Business analysts and Process Design Specialist to support our law firm client in analyzing, optimizing, and automating workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business process design, experience with legal operations, and technical proficiency in automation tools.

About The Role
We are seeking a Process Requirements , Business analysts and Process Design Specialist to support our law firm client in analyzing, optimizing, and automating workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business process design, experience with legal operations, and technical proficiency in automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing law firm processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities. Engage with law firm leaders.
- Design and document optimized workflows for tasks such as document management, client intake, contract review, and compliance tracking.
- Have working knowledge of using form automation tools such as Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Syntex and/or AI-assisted legal technologies.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure adoption and alignment with legal standards.
- Monitor and refine automated processes for continuous improvement.
- Experience in business process design, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Syntex and optionally - UiPath, Zapier).
- Understanding of legal industry best practices and compliance considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects.
- Flexible working hours, approximately 10–20 hours per week.
