Business Analyst – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing domain to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end manufacturing process knowledge, expertise in ERP systems like SAP and MES processes, and the ability to work effectively as a Product Owner in Agile Scrum teams. Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Guide elicitation activities and identify inconsistencies within project requirements
• Document requirements, propose solutions, and present feature enhancements
• Create process flow diagrams, user interface prototypes, and logical models
• Explain the necessity for system, process, or capability changes to stakeholders
• Identify and communicate risks, while offering options to mitigate them
• Validate testing strategies, support test plan creation, and write test cases
• Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors
• Lead demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions, incorporate feedback from stakeholders
• Review, qualify, and prioritize system bugs for resolution
• Participate in deployment activities, assist with cutovers, and perform post-deployment validation
• Leverage Agile methodologies for effective process management

Requirements

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
• Knowledge of DevOps, Microsoft Visio (or similar tools), and Dynamics 365 with intermediate proficiency
• Background in manufacturing ERP systems, such as SAP, and MES processes
• Skills in documentation tools like PowerPoint
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, from sales order to batch dispatch

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and the ability to perform a Product Owner’s role
• Capability to work in multi-disciplinary teams involving QA engineers and developers
