Business Analyst – Manufacturing (Contractor)

About the Role: We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Manufacturing pillar within a Global Project at a leading multinational in the FMCG industry. This role is critical to ensure the success of our R3 go-live scheduled for October.

The ideal candidate will provid continuity, expertise, and hands-on support across key manufacturing process analysis, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and systems integration within our transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between manufacturing business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Understand, map, and document end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Analyze current-state vs. future-state business processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Support data collection, cleansing, and validation for system integration.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process walkthroughs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development/configuration.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the Global Project transformation roadmap.
• Ensure alignment and readiness for the upcoming R3 go-live in October.
• Provide ongoing support and testing coordination during rollout.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain functions.
• Proven track record in supporting ERP or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology (within an FMCG environment is a plus).
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities across global, cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience working remotely with international teams across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Previous involvement in transformation or digitalization programs in the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Other Notes:

• Candidates must be located in lower-cost countries (e.g., Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Bangladesh) but no further east than India/Bangladesh to maintain effective time zone overlap with US-based stakeholders.
• This is a remote position with potential occasional travel, if required.
• Candidates must be available to start no later than early September 2025
