Location: Onsite (Hyderabad preferred) & Hybrid

HealthPay is an AI-powered healthtech startup redefining insurance claim processing in India. We automate manual, time-consuming workflows using intelligent agents, structured data pipelines, and cutting-edge AI tools. As we accelerate our growth, we’re seeking a Business Analyst focused on market analysis to help us identify strategic opportunities, drive data-backed decisions, and support our mission to transform healthcare and insurance.

What You’ll Work On

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthtech and insurance sectors
• Analyze customer segments, market size, and growth potential for HealthPay’s solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in AI and healthcare
• Present findings to leadership and contribute to strategic planning

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Experience in business analysis, consulting, market research, or a similar role (healthtech/insurance domain preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with a passion for startups and innovation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborating across teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with SaaS, B2B sales, or GTM strategy
• Familiarity with CRM systems, SQL, or basic data querying
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital health products
• Prior work in insurance, healthcare, or fintech sectors
