Job Summary
The Business Analyst-Ops Trnsftn role involves analyzing business operations to identify areas for improvement and transformation. Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for operational transformation
- Utilize MS Excel to perform data analysis and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular reviews of business operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Provide training and support to team members on new tools and processes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
- Assist in the development of business cases for proposed changes and investments
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the companys purpose by driving operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex business problems
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations
- Show experience in Online and Hi-Tech domains is a plus
- Exhibit ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility for day shifts
- Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Present a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
