Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate complex product features into clear, actionable documentation. Your work will directly influence how features are designed, built, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product vision, roadmap, and key feature sets
- Break down high-level concepts into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Create and maintain Requirement Documents (BRDs/FRDs), Process Flows, and Use Case Diagrams
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of requirements with Engineering, QA, and Design teams
- Work with stakeholders to capture edge cases, dependencies, and data needs
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and ticket readiness in JIRA (or similar tools)
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating features against requirements
- Keep documentation up to date with evolving product changes and decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to write clear, concise, and unambiguous user stories, requirement specs, and documentation
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart (or similar)
- Exposure to B2B software or Enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience working closely with UI/UX teams
- Understanding of APIs, data models, or database basics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and workflows
