Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Business Analyst (BA) with 8-10 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time hire. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product functionalities and be proficient in writing detailed epics and user stories. This role requires someone who can quickly grasp complex product features and start contributing immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and comprehend product functionalities in a detailed and structured manner.
Translate business requirements into well-defined epics and
user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements and prioritize features.
Conduct impact analysis for new features and enhancements.
Maintain product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
Participate in scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure documentation is comprehensive, structured, and easily understandable for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
Strong experience in writing detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to quickly understand complex product features and workflows.
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong experience in azure DevOps and Azure board.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
