Job Summary:
DuckTale IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating between clients and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Coordinate with development teams (Angular, React, Node.js, .NET)
- Ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Support planning and sprint activities
- Suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of BA experience in IT
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with Agile, SDLC, and tools like JIRA/Confluence
