Business Analyst / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).

• 
  Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other related documentation.

• 
  Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• 
  Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• 
  Manage project timelines using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• 
  Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• 
  Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.

• 
  Ensure that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.

• 
  Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements.

Required Skills:

• 
  Strong knowledge of BRD creation and business process documentation.

• 
  Experience with flow diagrams and use case development.

• 
  Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• 
  Hands-on experience in project coordination and client communication.

• 
  Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, etc.).

• 
  Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
