Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to delve into the UK property sector, providing actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and effective communication to liaise seamlessly with our UK counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities within the UK property landscape.

Evaluate rental yields, return on investment (ROI), and asset cost efficiency.

Develop and maintain dashboards and financial reports using Excel or Power BI.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.

Support property acquisition decisions through data-driven analysis and insights.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years in business analysis, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with UK-based teams.

Location: Currently residing in Chennai and open to transitioning to an on-site role in the near future.

Availability: Ready to join by the first week of July 2025.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
