What You’ll Do
- Analyze business operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Collect and interpret data to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations)
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Contribute to business case development and project planning
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities
What We’re Looking For
- A sharp, analytical mindset – you're not afraid of numbers or new challenges
- A recent graduate (or up to 2 years of experience) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a curious, problem-solving attitude
- Self-starter mentality – you like to take ownership and drive things forward
