Overview
The Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain Planning, plays a critical role in generating deep insights into the evolving business environment and identifying key risks and opportunities within the Supply Chain. This individual is adept at providing relevant, actionable insights through deep business knowledge and by leveraging a variety of reports and data sources. The objective is to enable leadership teams to take informed, effective actions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position also provides the opportunity to influence high impact decisions contributing to initiatives such as the Supply Chain Breakthrough Programs like inventory & E2E Lead time as well as the budget planning process.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and analyzes business trends, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain, translating findings into clear recommendations for action.
- Deliver high-impact analytical insights by working with extensive datasets and cross-functional reports, ensuring that decision-makers have the information needed to drive improvements.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – including Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, Tech, and external manufacturing by translating data into meaningful insights that inform enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Contribute to Inventory Optimization Program project, coordinating with relevant teams to achieve project objectives.
- Employ analytics and data science to inform scenario modeling and decision-making.
- Champion the use of KPIs and metrics for ongoing monitoring and performance improvement.
- Support, mentor, and coach team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Prepare and present actionable business cases and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Bridge business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective digital solutions.
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; APICS/CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 10years' experience in supply chain planning or business analysis, with proven experience in analytical roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or FMCG / retail sector.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Expertise in leveraging various reporting and analytical platforms for supply chain analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, ideally in inventory optimization or similar domains.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in a highly regulated industry.
