Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Production Support Analyst (MMWM) to join our enterprise IT team. This role is responsible for providing expert-level support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for the SAP landscape, ensuring stability and performance of the production environment. The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical understanding of SAP modules and has hands-on experience resolving complex issues in a dynamic production setting.

Job Responsibility :

• Provide support for SAP production issues across all MMWM modules.
• Monitor SAP system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks or failures.
• Work closely with business users to analyze issues, gather requirements, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams (ABAP and Basis) for debugging and system optimization.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes using ITIL practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide long-term fixes.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of SAP transports and support packs.
• Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities .
• Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and support staff.
• Work with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and operations.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or or related field.
• 5 - 7+ years of SAP experience , with at least 3+ years in a production support role.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.
• Proficiency in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging , IDocs, and batch job monitoring.
• Experience working in offshore support models and across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
