Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their business needs, and assisting in creating compelling business content and presentations. This role requires strong communication, research, content development, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct content-focused meetings with clients to gather information, understand requirements, and provide strategic input.
Content Development and Quality Assurance: Create, review and refine business content, pitch decks and reports. Also, ensure accuracy, coherence, and tone consistency of business documents and presentations.
Pitch Decks: Refine and design professional pitch decks that effectively communicate the client & value proposition.
Research & Analysis: Perform industry research, competitive analysis, and market scanning to support content creation and business insights.
Potential Service Identification: Analyze the client’s business model, sector, growth stage and identify suitable grant funding schemes or funding opportunities that align with their objectives and needs.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers and content writers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Time Management: Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Tool Proficiency: Use Canva, MS Office Suite—especially PowerPoint, excel and Word—for content creation and documentation
Basic understanding of business models, startup ecosystem, and key industry domains
Ability to think creatively and critically
Attention to detail and commitment to content quality
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent teamwork and coordination capabilities
