Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Support in preparing process maps, user stories, and use cases.
Help translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
Participate in meetings, requirement workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are met.
Maintain documentation and assist in report generation and dashboards.
Continuously learn business analysis tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.
Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Zoho Projects) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
