About the Role

As a Senior Operations Business Analyst in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver the Trade Life Cycle Acceleration programme.

What will your day look like?

As an Operations Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Support project manager & work with Operations Stream Lead following ANZ ADF delivery framework to deliver the project as expected and meeting upcoming TLC Acceleration delivery timeline.
• Work with Operations and other COO stakeholders to define and detail the business need for operation and allied processes such as confirmation, settlements, post-settlements, return and reporting.
• Work with Technology team to ensure requirements are well understood and being taken care. System coverage: Murex, MIDANZ, TRAM, Xceptor, etc. (driven by business impacts & solution design).
• Serve as the operations project liaison in Bangalore to ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders and drive key decision-making processes.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Expertise in business process modelling, requirement analysis and documentation.
• Have strong murex knowledge from back office or trade life cycle perspective and can help with designing the solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Understands JIRA/ Agile methodology.
• Can work in high pressure environment and start contributing fast to the project.
