Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with expertise in WooCommerce to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze e-commerce processes, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of WooCommerce-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for WooCommerce enhancements or implementations.
Exp in onboarding Vendors -B2B, B2C
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Analyze existing WooCommerce workflows and suggest optimizations to improve customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency.
Act as the liaison between stakeholders, designers, developers and QA teams.
Create and maintain process documentation, user stories, wireframes, and flow diagrams.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform platform improvements.
Support testing efforts, including UAT, to ensure requirements are met and bugs are resolved.
Monitor WooCommerce KPIs and performance metrics, providing data-backed recommendations.
Ensure timely project delivery by tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional teams.
