We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Data Analyst for Pune Office, with 6-10 Years of experience Candidate Should have Good Experience in a SQL, Data Mapping, and Advanced Data Analytics
In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through rigorous data validation and cleansing processes. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and develop business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and develop customized solutions.
- Data Modeling and Database Management: Develop and maintain data models to support data analysis and reporting. Work with database administrators to optimize database performance and ensure data security. Design and implement data integration processes to consolidate data from various sources.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify data-driven solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Present data insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data quality, data management processes, and data analysis techniques. Develop and implement solutions to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline is required. A masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of business principles and practices.
