Business Intelligence Analyst

The BI Analyst will specialize in generating meaningful insights and actionable recommendations by analysing datasets. You will play a key role in presenting these insights through compelling presentations and thorough documentation, ensuring that findings are easily understood and can effectively support decision-making within and beyond the BI team.

Reporting to the Head of BI, your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to identify key business questions, leveraging BI tools (such as Tableau and Google Analytics) to extract and visualize insights, and delivering regular and ad hoc analysis that supports strategic initiatives. A successful BI Analyst will demonstrate a strong ability to communicate analytical findings to marketing and product business owners, enabling them to optimize campaigns and product features effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with large amounts of data to find opportunities to improve the player experience and drive incremental revenue opportunities.
• Design, optimize and present Tableau dashboards to business owners through in-person or virtual presentations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the documentation needs are met and maintained as per BI standards.
• Identify trends and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications using BI tools (Tableau).
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to accurately measure/attribute spend, generate insights that help optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to instrument new features, design A/B tests and define success criteria.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across different geographic and technical backgrounds.
• 2+ years' of BI, Product or Analytical experience.
• Proven experience on Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Commercial acumen and an ability to conceptualise new strategies in a constantly evolving business/team.
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline would be a plus.
