Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze complex data sets to identify meaningful trends.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to structure and transform data into insights.

• Identify and define new data collection and analysis processes.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into data-driven recommendations.

• Organize and conduct training sessions for staff to improve data literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Previous working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst is favored.
• Proficiency in BI software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and understanding of database management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for the role.
• Good communication skills for presenting data-driven findings clearly.
