Job Role: Project Test Lead

Exp: 9+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Roles And Responsibilities

This position has primary responsibility for the end to end delivery of testing on the HRIS/Payroll Project.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are

• Test Planning and Team Supervision
• Developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans for Project Bruce
• Overseeing QA team members, assigning tasks, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Ensuring that all testing activities are appropriately resourced
• Test Execution and Issue Tracking
• Managing and executing test cases, monitoring progress and ensuring thorough testing of all aspects of Project Bruce
• Identifying, tracking and resolving defects and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Ensuring that appropriate test reporting is communicated to stakeholders during the test phase of Project Bruce
• Performance and/or Automation Testing
• Designing and implementing performance tests and/or developing and maintaining automated test scripts and ensuring efficient and effective testing processes
  
  

Skills Required

• 5+ years of Test management with experience across functional, non-functional testing, vendor management and automation
• Exposure to Performance and Automation testing tools and processes
• Exposure to Service, Release and Change Management processes
• Broad Experience with Testing methodologies, testing types, processes and practices.
• Extensive experience working in an IT environment including working to standards such as ITIL and with common test Management tools in an integrated environment.
• Proven experience working on complex projects that involve working across multiple locations, with multiple business units and external vendors
• Prior experience working on HRIS and Payroll projects is highly desirable.
