C# autmation test engineer

I am providing the requirements for an upcoming in-person interview.

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency in automation testing utilizing C#, including practical experience in the creation and upkeep of resilient test scripts.
• Familiarity with a diverse set of automation tools, such as Selenium, Protractor, and Playwright, gained through application in various testing endeavors.
• Experience in the design and implementation of bespoke automation frameworks, encompassing Modular, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Page Object Model approaches.
• A strong comprehension of Web service testing principles and established best practices.
• Experience in automating end-to-end API workflows, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Bearer tokens), Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) operations, and error handling procedures.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard API testing tools, including Fiddler, SOAP UI, and Postman.
• A robust working knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to formulate intricate queries for the purpose of generating, modifying, and analyzing test data.

**Additional Qualifications (Desirable):**

• A thorough understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and testing fundamentals.
• Practical knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) for managing tests and controlling versions.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks, possessing a clear understanding of sprint-based development and continuous testing practices.
• A proven capacity to configure test data across integrated systems, including the identification and management of data interdependencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the defect management lifecycle, from the initial identification and logging of defects through to their tracking and resolution.

**PREFERRED CANDIDATE: Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or any other comparable academic qualification.
