Role Overview
As a C++ Middleware Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and integration of middleware components that bridge Android-based Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with system-level services in modern vehicles. You will work on embedded Linux platforms, collaborating with diverse technical teams to ensure seamless software integration across various domains such as connectivity, hardware abstraction, and user experience.

Role Overview

What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain C++ middleware components to support Android-based automotive HMI systems
- Integrate and configure OS-level services on embedded Linux platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, hardware, and systems teams to ensure software interoperability
- Use Python or other scripting tools for testing, automation, and tool development
- Support multi-threaded, high-performance system design with focus on scalability and modularity
- Adapt quickly to new project requirements and help evolve software designs across modules
Were looking for a strong team player with the following skills and experience :
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ development, ideally in a middleware or embedded systems context
- Proficiency with Linux-based embedded platforms, OS services, and systems programming
- Experience in Python scripting or other languages for automation/testing
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and modular software architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and debug complex interactions between system layers
- Exposure to automotive software, Android-based HMI platforms, or interface protocols (e.g., binder, AIDL, IPC) is a plus
