: Role Overview
As the Lead AI Application Developer, you will architect and drive the implementation of the Agentic AI platform, guiding end-to-end development from concept to deployment. You will lead the technical execution, ensure modular and scalable architecture, and mentor the developer team to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of 10 reusable AI agent modules per quarter Maintain <10 PERCENT bug rate post-deployment across agent featuresEnsure 90 PERCENT unit test coverage for core modules Conduct 2 architecture and design review sessions monthly Contribute to 100 PERCENT uptime and reliability in production services

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Ensure compliance with secure coding, performance, and test coverage standards.
- 610 years in software development (Python/Node.js/Java)
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
- Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs
- Version control (Git), CI/CD
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, CrewAI etc.)
- Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, memory, and tool integrations
- Strong leadership and project ownership
- 7 years in Python, FastAPI, asyncio, microservices
- Expertise in LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LLamaIndex)
- Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of design patterns and event-driven systems
- Leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
