The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, C#, and ReactJS, and will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#.
- Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
