CAE/Field Test data Engineer

Collect and analyze field test data to identify relevant parameters for FEA load conversion.
Develop and implement methodologies for converting field test data into FEA loads.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate FEA loads into the overall product design process.
Perform simulations and validate FEA models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Participate in design reviews and provide insights for design improvements.
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to FEA and data conversion.
1. The ability to perform simulation and analysis should be added to responsibilities. Meaning the resource can do actual FEA.
2. For “field test data” please clarify that this will focus around:
1. Strain Gauge Data
2. Load Cell Data
3. Accelerometer Data
4. Torque/Power Data
5. Thermocouple Data
3. Under “Required Qualifications” and “Experience” (second bullet point) – please add nCode or equivalent data analysis tool. Also, experience with Dewesoft data collection ecosystem would be preferred.
