Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless project execution.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.

Technical Implementation Support

Work closely with developers, QA teams, and system architects to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
Provide technical input during the design and development phases to address feasibility and scalability concerns.
Prepare technical documentation, including process flows, issue logs, and troubleshooting guides.

Data Analysis And Reporting

Leverage tools like SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions using KPIs and metrics.

Required Technical Skills

SQL : Strong proficiency in database querying for data extraction and analysis.
Excel : Advanced skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, and formulae.
Visualization Tools : Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Documentation Tools : Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for requirement tracking and documentation.
Scripting Knowledge : Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
API Knowledge : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrations.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts

into simple terms.

Stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in domains such as e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of business processes like inventory management, product lifecycle management, or CRM
