Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, front-end frameworks like ReactJS, and experience leading development teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, front-end frameworks like ReactJS, and experience leading development teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality products.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with development standards.
- Manage development timelines, sprint planning, and delivery Technical Skills : :
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
- Proficient in C# and VB.NET.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and dependency injection.
- Experience working with Entity Framework or :
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server : writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, and performance :
- Proficient in ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with frontend state management libraries (e.g., Redux) is a plus.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS is an Skills :
