CB - 4812 - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Architecture

Identify and recommend suitable types of ERP based on business needs.

Create a roadmap for ERP implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Collaborate with technical teams to implement ERP solutions effectively in client projects.

Communicate how ERP simplifies tasks and improves business operations.

Understand and represent the ERP Architect's role in ensuring system design and integrity.

Client Management

Conduct client calls professionally, gather requirements, and maintain clear communication channels.
Deliver successful client demos and collect feedback for improvements.

Handle escalations tactfully and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain transparency and clarity during requirement gathering and scope definition.

Project & Team Collaboration

Conduct and participate in daily Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Provide regular team updates and ensure tasks are aligned with project milestones.

Coordinate with development and testing teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.

Communicate effectively with developers, using suitable techniques to explain tasks and requirements.

Cloud Implementation

Explain how the cloud works in business layman terms.
Oversee and support cloud-based deployment and application integration.

Project Management & Accountability

Take end-to-end ownership of project execution as a Business Analyst.

Manage conflicts between stakeholders and align them with business goals.

Use effective project management strategies to collaborate across teams.

Prioritize user stories or use cases, ensuring that high-impact features are addressed first.

Utilize project management tools and ensure integration with other business platforms.

Problem Solving & Innovation

Present solutions and handle situations where stakeholders propose alternative approaches.

Take accountability for failures and initiate recovery plans when project initiatives don’t go as planned.

Manage and document issues faced in previous projects, and implement learnings in future ones.

Research & Communication

Conduct relevant research activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and domain knowledge.
Stay informed on client industries and proactively suggest improvements and opportunities.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies

Ability to explain technical and functional concepts in layman’s terms

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Conflict management and stakeholder engagement

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a business perspective

Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
