Job Title: AWS Data Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, specifically with AWS cloud tools.
• Proficient in Python or Scala for data processing and scripting.
• Strong experience with AWS services: S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Athena, EMR, IAM.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Python.
• Support data migration and replication using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries to transform, aggregate, and validate datasets.
• Work with stakeholders to build Quicksight dashboards and support Power BI report development.
• Consume and integrate data from REST APIs and external sources.
• Contribute to organizing and cataloging data assets using AWS DataZone or related data governance tools.
• Help monitor data pipeline performance and resolve issues with data quality and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
