Job Responsibilities
- Lead Agile practices across multiple cross-functional PLM product teams in a global setup.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers to ensure Agile maturity.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams working on PLM capabilities and integrations.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to improve delivery flow and team performance.
- Support teams in value-driven delivery, backlog management, and outcome-focused execution.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile KPIs, flow metrics, and feedback loops.
- Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and Agile excellence across the organization.
- Act as a transformation leader in evolving Danfoss’ global PLM IT delivery model.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as Chief Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with advanced Agile certifications (SAFe SPC, RTE, ICP-ACC) preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations within large, complex, global organizations.
- Strong facilitation skills across all organizational levels, from teams to executives.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive cultural change.
- Focused on delivering business value, optimizing flow, and achieving measurable outcomes.
