We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with over 2 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure, specifically tailored for our advanced AI and machine learning initiatives. You will be the architect of a robust, scalable, and secure cloud environment that serves as the foundation for our AI-powered products. Your expertise will be crucial in building a cost-effective and high-performance infrastructure that supports the entire AI/ML lifecycle, from data processing and model training to large-scale inference.

Responsibilities:

• AI Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions on AWS, designed to support high-throughput AI workloads.
• Technology Integration: Design and integrate a wide array of services and technologies, including FastAPI for APIs, Kafka for real-time data streaming, and various databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Pinecone, into a cohesive and efficient cloud architecture.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensure the cloud infrastructure is optimized for both ML training and real-time inference, leveraging containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS) for maximum scalability and performance.
• Cost Optimization: Implement strategies and best practices for managing and optimizing cloud resource usage to ensure a cost-effective infrastructure without compromising performance.
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Design and implement robust strategies for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery to ensure the continuous operation of our critical AI systems.
• Collaboration and Governance: Work closely with our DevOps and AI engineering teams to guide and support deployments, establish best practices for cloud usage, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of cloud and AI technologies, continuously evaluating and adopting new services and architectural patterns to enhance our capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in a cloud architecture or senior cloud engineering role.
• Deep expertise in a broad range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS.
• Strong hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• A thorough understanding of cloud networking, security principles, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent system design and technical documentation skills.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker or Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages like Rust or Elixir for cloud tooling and automation.
• Experience in designing and managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Professional certifications, such as the AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
