Overview
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Cloud Data Engineer (AWS) with strong experience in Python, Scala, SQL, and AWS Glue. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines using AWS-native tools and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on AWS using Glue and Lambda.
- Work with large-scale data processing using Python, Scala, and SQL.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Analysts, and DevOps.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines for reliability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security best practices.
- Implement automation and infrastructure as code when possible (Terraform is a plus).
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS Glue and AWS Lambda
- Proficient in Python, Scala, and SQL
- Solid understanding of cloud data architecture and best practices
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Good to Have:
- Experience with Terraform for IaC
- Exposure to modern data platforms and big data processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
