JAGGAER provides an intelligent Source-to-Pay and Supplier Collaboration Platform that empowers organizations to manage and automate complex processes while enabling a highly resilient, responsible, and integrated supplier base. With 30 years of expertise, we specialize in solving complex procurement and supply chain challenges across various industries.
Principal Responsibilities: - Automation Development: Create and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with Infrastructure team to enhance and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency, implementing necessary improvements.
- Patch Management/Updates: Manage and apply system patches and updates to ensure security and stability.
- Incident Management: Handle and resolve cloud-related incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Log Analysis: Perform regular log analysis to monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and address cloud environment issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
- AWS Environment Exposure: Manage AWS services and configurations, ensuring high availability and security.
- On-Call Support: Provide 24x7 on-call support, including weekends, for critical issues and incidents.
- Technical Advancement: Stay informed about new cloud technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation of cloud infrastructure and processes.
Experience of 2 to 4 Years is required
Cloud Technologies & Platforms:
Cloud Technologies & Platforms:
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda).
- Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Experience in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps teams.
Version Control & Collaboration:
- Git: Proficient in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and managing repositories.
- Experience with Git-based workflows for collaboration and code management.
Operating Systems & Virtualization:
- Experience with Linux distributions, particularly Debian-based (Ubuntu) and RHEL-based (Red Hat, Amazon Linux).
- Proficiency in managing virtualized environments and containerized applications.
Containerization & Orchestration: (Preferred)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Security & Compliance:
- Familiarity with security best practices and conducting regular cloud security audits.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and their application within cloud environments.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
- Experience with cloud performance monitoring tools and cost-optimization strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud performance issues efficiently.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly DevOps.
- Clear and effective communication for documentation and reporting.
Project Management & Collaboration Tools:
- Jira: Experience in using Jira for issue tracking, sprint management, and incident management workflows.
- Confluence: Proficiency in using Confluence for documenting processes, creating knowledge bases, and collaborating with teams.
